I have a couple minutes on my lunch break left today so I wanted to take a few moments to sit down and share some insight about the Reptile Prime product that I have been promoting since 2018.
Back when I was fielding calls and emails for customer service support on a daily basis, I would constantly be flooded with customers need assistance on maintaining humidity in their reptiles enclosure. I would teach customers several different tricks on how to cover their enclosures, add larger water features, spray an enclosure more than once a day, etc.
The tricks were extremely successful, but did not really solve the issue and more or less put a bandage on the the problem.
Since introduced to Reptile Prime, my experience with customer support has changed dramatically. I am no longer from our team or getting messages myself asking about how to maintain humidity from customers who specifically have made the switch to Reptile Prime.
Also, have you ever heard of a product company with ZERO returns? I was so shocked to see how customers have converted into die hard reptile prime fans and we are so grateful for it.
