Shipping And Return Policy


1.1 - Sales of Products to End Users Only

Reptile Prime™ sells reptile related products (the “Product(s)”) from this site to end-user customers who place order to receive the products only for their own personal, non-commercial use. You may not purchase products for further distribution or resale or for any other commercial or business purpose. Purchases and all rights and privileges conferred are personal and non-transferable.

1.2 - Pricing

Pricing for products can be found on any Reptile Prime™ pricing page located on this site: The price that we will charge you for the Products will be the price as posted on this site on the date you that you place an order on this site. Reptile Prime™ reserves the right to change prices for products at any time and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of promotions or price decreases.

1.3 – Refund/Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any Reptile Prime™ product or if you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact customer service at 1-586-884-6646 immediately. All refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by Reptile Prime™. Please note, refunds are not provided more than thirty (30) days following your purchase. 

Reptile Prime™ does not control when a specific credit/debit card company processes a refund transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit/debit card company if you have questions about the status of the refund, once we have confirmed the refund has been processed. 

1.4 – Payment Methods

Reptile Prime™ accepts credit/debit card and PayPal Express Checkout payments only. You agree to pay all fees charged to your credit/debit card or PayPal account based on Reptile Prime™’s fees, charges, and billing terms in effect as shown on the payment page when you place an order on the site. You are also responsible for paying any sales and use taxes that may apply to your purchase of Products based on the address that you provide as the shipping address when you place an order. All payments shall be made by credit/debit card in advance prior to shipping the Products. If you do not pay on time or if your credit/debit card cannot be charged for any reason, Reptile Prime™ reserves the right to either suspend or terminate these Terms of Service. All sales and payments will be in US Dollars. Reptile Prime™'s may receive updated credit/debit card information from your credit/debit card issuer. The disbursement of the updated credit/debit card information is provided to Reptile Prime™ and Reptile Prime™’s third-party payment service provider at the election of your credit/debit card issuer. Neither Reptile Prime™ nor Reptile Prime™’s third-party payment service provider are responsible for the distribution of your credit/debit card information. It is at the sole election of your credit/debit card issuer. Your credit/debit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of the update service. It is your responsibility to contact your credit/debit card issuer with regards to your right to opt out of the update service.

1.5 – Shipping and Product Acceptance

Reptile Prime™ will ship the first business day following your purchase and arrive around 7-10 business days after that date. The shipment date will be determined according to whichever business day is closer to the date of the Customer’s purchase date. Shipping dates are estimates only. All shipments are sent via FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground, UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, or Priority Mail or First-Class mail via the US Postal Service. The risk of loss and title for all Products purchased via the site pass to the Customer upon delivery of the item to the Customer
